The villa is located in Empuriabrava, a residential marina situated in the North-Eastern part of Catalonia, province of Girona.

The town is surrounded by many historical monuments and places of interest - from ancient ruins to medieval towns, not to mention Salvador Dali's museums in nearby Cadaques and Figueres. Wide sandy beach of Empuriabrava is among the best in Catalonia. The place also has perfect facilities for water sports and numerous leasure activities - tennis, horseback riding, parachuting etc.
